यदि हमें किसी भी हिंदी वाक्य में “कोई काम का बहाना बनाकर" ऐसे शब्दों का समूह मिले तो हम (On the pretext of +V4) का प्रयोग करके वाक्य को अनुवाद (translate) करते हैं।
Sub+(Helping Verb)+Main Verb+(Obj)+on the pretext of+V4+Other Words.
वह पढ़ने का बहाना बनाकर खेल रहा है।
He is playing on the pretext of reading.
तुम स्कूल जाने का बहाना बनाकर बाजार आए हो।
You have come to market on the pretext of going to school.
मैं सोने का बहाना बनाकर तुमसे मिलना चाहता हूं।
I want to meet you on the pretext of sleeping.
