Interjection
A word which expresses some sudden feeling or emotion, is called interjection.
जिस शब्द से हृदय की भावना (हर्ष,दुःख , शाबाशी ) व्यक्त होता है , Interjection कहलाता है।
Words of this class-
*Alas!-It is used to express "sorrow"(दुःख व्यक्त करने के लिए ).
Example-
Alas! My dog died.
*Bravo!/Well done!-It is express "appreciation"(शाबाशी व्यक्त करने के लिए ).
Example-
Bravo!You passed the examination.
*Hurrah!-It is used to express "joy"(ख़ुशी व्यक्त करने के लिए ).
Example-
Hurrah! Mr. Raja has won the match.
*Tut!/tut!tut!-It is used to express "annoyance".(घृणा व्यक्त करना ).
Example-
Tut!I have got some ink on my shirt.
*Hush!/sh!sh!-It is used to demand silence(सांत रहने की बात व्यक्त करना ).
Example-
Hush!you will wake the baby.
*Ah!aha!,ha,oh-It is used to express "surprise"(आश्चर्य व्यक्त करना ).
Example -
Aha! So it is you who who hiding there.
Oh! how dreadful.
*Hello!/-It is used to express "greeting"(सम्बोधन व्यक्त करना).
Example-
Hello!Could I speak to Mr. Rahul.
*Fie!fie!- It is used to express "reproof"(फटकार व्यक्त करना).
Example-
Fie!fie! She has deceived her best friend.
*Good bye!- It is used to express "farewell"(अलविदा).
Example-
Good bye! May God make your life happy.
